The work

Anna Thornhill led the textile project where the theme of “home” was explored. The participants really enjoyed remembering their first homes and making an individual picture of them. There was much chat and sharing of memories. The collage also included many aspects of St Edburgs, such as the greenhouse and vegetable patch, as it is clearly a home where many of the participants feel happy. The large artwork has been framed and will be sited in the reception area of the new building.
